I arrived early to inspect this foreclosed bank owned home; the bank had a contractor "de-winterize" the property 3 days before the inspection. Only problem was the contractor did not check for leaks; the dishwasher supply line was broken and hot water was pouring into the ceilings for 3 days. The house was full of steam and the ceilings were on the floor. The buyer declined to move forward with the sale.
